We used to talk about these all the time at THS, and the conversations ended up with someone raining on our parade and warning us about the dangers of any high-BTU item. I figured those who did that weren’t foodie enough to understand those of us who wanted some POWER for our cooking.

Looks like a turkey fryer.
this one can be used either way — wok-cooking or turkey frying:-D. i want one but i admit there’s a small part of me that’s terrified as i’ve heard some pretty horrific stories about these.

uy, sorry!!! ‘kala ko tuloy uuwi ka. yes, philly will be great — kita tayo! kaya lang i don’t know what hubby’s sked is looking like — super busy at work these days. but just let me know when you’re going and i’ll do my best to meet you there!
