		<description>hi stel, i honestly don&#039;t remember anymore.  i usually make my own creole seasoning, so it could have been an internet recipe or something from memory.... whether it has file powder or not depends on if i had file powder at the time:) -- i guess just use what you like?  most creole recipes i&#039;ve tried either has the file powder in the seasoning itself or added separately (as a thickening agent as well).
