Oh wow. Someone just left this recipe on a post on “patola” that I just put. Now I know what it looks like! Sounds good but frankly I am not the biggest fan of sardines… Looks like you will be needing a lot of rice with this dish!

lol! the storm has cooked up….sardines!!! I was going to put misua in my gisa also, but I realized I used it all for the albondigas!

Love that Apo song too always reminds me of my lola’s house with the tin roof.

Aha, another variation of sardines ginisa.
That looks really good and as you say it would be great with some patola or even zucchini.
