Hi there! i’m a baker and also a trader of home-made breads, cakes and desserts. i’ve been recently bombarded with requests to go organic. as in, from the very basic ingredient of flour to using some out of this world spices available at some indian stores and i have no idea on what effective pan-release ingredient i can use to keep products from sticking to the pan. is there a Baker’s joy organic alternative?

my problem is this. if i want to make and sell TRULY organic products, where in the philippines can i find organic flour?

i’ve been disappointed with some traders who claim that their very expensive loaf of bread is organic…but they don’t tell the buyers that only the eggs are organic. otherwise, the flour is bleached! after i did some passive-aggressive questioning…i managed to make the tinderas squeak. hay! frustrating…

so, i go on…telling my sukis that i can’t find organic flour…the eggs, i found them…but are they really organic? how would i know?

i’m becoming more paranoid than i should be about this state of organicness…but i am very strict on what goes in what i make. especially if i am going to claim it’s organic.

please help me source out the REALLY, TRULY ORGANIC products. thanks! my sukis who are into healthful living are super real and super nice people…i just have to help them out.
