1 pound organic prairie ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups water
1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
dash of siling labuyo sauce, or to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
4 cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups cannelini beans
