I mean, we're all connected online via online social networking sites... Twitter, Plurk, blogging, etc. But it's all rather impersonal. And another case, my ex-employer tried to give one of those fancy phones (Blackberry) with e-mail, Internet browser, etc... but really, it was just their way of getting me to do work @ home.
