I am off to bed, leaving my optimistic children watching the results and coloring in their electoral maps. The other thing that made me sick - the county of South Bend, Indiana has voted overwhelmingly for Obama. What happened to all the pro-life Catholics? I walked to the polling place with all the children - they covered themselves with McCain Palin stickers (covered up with coats when we went in the polling station) - voted and walked back home with the kids feeling they were campaigning with all the stickers. We have the touch screens and the kids doublechecked my answers to make sure all was ok before I pressed the final red button. We prayed our final day of the Rosary Novena - and I continue to hope and pray. We are about to sit in front of the tv, have chickfila and watch the results. We had no wait.
