Fortunately, food words are my specialty :) -- out of that list I don't know "capperi" (guessing -- capers?), "scaglie" (scales maybe?) -- but scales of Grana cheese doesn't sound very appetizing LOL, and "ortaggi" (no guesses on that one)!
