Hee. Finally got the kids to try avocado that’s not in guacamole and not in sushi.

2 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 avocados, pitted and flesh scooped out
4 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ (optional)
water to keep everything moving

a bit of agave nectar or stevia

Blend baby blend. 🙂
