Love this song. Thaxted tune by Gustav Holst. Lyrics by Delores Dufner. Every time we sing this melody in Church we keep telling ourselves to find a good recording, and then forget, so I’m putting this here as a reminder.
So I’m trying to be a better piano teacher this year. To that end, I was searching for free printable music sheets that we can use for sight reading, since what I’ve been doing is hand-printing sight reading sheets myself.
Making Music Fun has many that we can use. They have several levels available.
I also found the following online sight reading practice tools, if you would prefer to forego the paper practice sheets.

Nicolas Gombert

Flemish composer Nicolas Gombert (1495-1560). He was one of the most famous and influential composers between Josquin Desprez and Palestrina, and best represents the fully-developed, complex polyphonic style of this period in music history.
