for the chocoholic, in the tradition of flourless cakes…. (this one is almost flourless), from the book Baking with Julia, recipe by Lora Brody. i’m glad i found a (properly credited) recipe online — scroll down — so i don’t have to type it up:)

the hardest thing about this cake is plating it, as it’s so fragile:(…. but ooh, yum. this was supposed to be for paco’s First Holy Eucharist celebration yesterday, but didn’t get done until today as we decided to eat out instead…. so now it’s also a special gift for my hubby, who has wheat sensitivities.
