Hi, Stef! Kumusta? The website you linked to is very helpful, and so is making your food blog allergy-free. I can identify with you ‘coz I’ve been prone to allergic rhinitis since childhood. Though I’m not allergic to pork & beef, info I’ve gathered then made me avoid, lose appetite for, and stop eating red meat since Jan.’93. And I’ve been better since then. Just thought of sharing this. God bless you & your family! 🙂
Well, that sucks. My county got a failing grade. Lovely. Another reason not like living here!!!
hi scanns!!! good for you about the red meat, kami rin bihira na. on the road to healthy!!!
steph, isn’t that the most depressing thing? i looked at all the other cities we’ve lived in and only one wasn’t an F! ugh. unless we choose to live in the boondocks (which i would LOVE to do if not for hubby’s job), i guess healthy air isn’t an option anymore.
